RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ON OFF-STORE AND E-COMMERCE SALES
The consumer has the right of withdrawal only if he bought the product outside the company's physical store or through an e-commerce process. In these cases, the consumer can receive the products he ordered without commitment and the following applies: The acquisition by a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, of physical possession of the goods is also considered a receipt by the consumer.
The consumer is entitled, pursuant to Law 2251/1994, to declare without justification within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day after receipt of the product that he withdraws from the contract, with the result that our Company will refund him the corresponding amount with any shipping costs of the order , without any financial burden of his own except for the packaging and shipping costs of the return, which he will pay to the courier company of the company's choice against the respective pricing policy, amounting today to approximately €5 for purchases totaling less than €50.

As soon as the company receives the return, an evaluation will follow according to the conditions below and you will be sent a corresponding update via e-mail. The company will refund to the consumer the value of the product and the costs of the original shipment (if the consumer chose a more expensive shipping method, only the value of the cheapest shipping offered by the company will be refunded, if and as long as simple shipping is charged) in the same way as used by the consumer for payment, within 14 calendar days from the day he becomes aware of the withdrawal and if previously:receive the product in excellent condition, intact and unused, in its original packaging intact, without having been unpacked, together with all the documents and forms, information, instructions, etc., that it contained, together with the retail receipt or the invoice (the return shipping and packaging costs are not refundable).
In the case of promotional items, the entire package must be returned. In particular, in case of payment by credit card, the company will be obliged during this period to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction. Following this information, the company will bear no further responsibility since the relevant offset is governed by the contract signed by the consumer with the credit card issuing bank. For quick and trouble-free service, the consumer can use the withdrawal form included in the forms delivered to him with the purchase of the product, without this being mandatory.
Exceptions: Excluded from the right of withdrawal: products which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, products which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other elements, contracts in which the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the company in order to carry out urgent repairs or to carry out maintenance work the supply of sealed digital content on a physical medium, generally sealed audio recordings or sealed video recordings or sealed software, or a sealed digital medium with recipes, or a sealed form with recipes or other material protected by intellectual property, which has been unsealed after delivery , the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and confirmation on his part that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
If you have not received the e-mail confirming the shipment of your return, you can send an e-mail to info@cookinghellas.gr with the subject "Cancellation of Order" stating the details of your order. For your convenience, the cancellation department is open Monday to Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The company is not responsible for direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential damages of the buyer or lost profit, nor for damage to the buyer's reputation, clientele or reputation, or for the cost of providing substitute products and services, which arise from or related to the sales contracts drawn up through the website and its online store or from the use, inability to use or operation or failures thereof.
