Shipping policy

     

Free Shipping:

For orders over €50, shipping throughout Greece is free of charge. For orders under €50, a flat shipping fee of €5 applies.

Processing & Delivery Time:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days via ACS Courier.

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 10 business days, depending on the location and product availability.

You may also choose to pick up your order from our physical store. You can view our location and opening hours here.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and added at checkout.

Shipping Information:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

Order Cancellation:

You may request the cancellation of your order by calling us at +30 210 619 9378, provided it has not yet been processed.
Once the processing and shipping of the order have begun, cancellation or changes are no longer possible.
If you wish to cancel the order while it is in transit, additional fees may apply. If cancellation is not feasible, you may proceed with a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
